Most locations are suitable. We’ll discuss your site in advance and can carry out a site assessment to ensure access, positioning, and ground conditions are appropriate.

We’ll advise on the safest and most practical placement so your sauna can be enjoyed from day one.

Will my mobile sauna be delivered and set up?

Yes - in most situations we can deliver your mobile sauna and help position it safely on site.

Delivery and setup depend on your location, access, ground conditions, and available space. We’ll guide you through requirements in advance and provide advice to ensure delivery runs smoothly.

Once on site, we’ll position the sauna where possible, talk you through operation and care, and answer any questions before we leave.

Where are your mobile saunas built?

All of our mobile wood-fired saunas are designed and built by hand in our Poole, Dorset workshop. We don’t import flat-pack or mass-produced units - every sauna is crafted specifically for its owner.

What is the lifespan of a mobile sauna?

With normal use and basic maintenance, our mobile saunas are built to last 15–25 years, and often longer.

The structure and trailer are designed for decades of use. Components like the stove, electrics, and exterior finishes may require servicing over time. Routine care, such as ventilating after use and maintaining exterior finishes, will extend lifespan.

Does my mobile sauna come with a warranty?

Yes.

The wood-fired stove comes with a manufacturer’s warranty.
We provide a one-year structural warranty on the sauna itself.
