By using the mobile sauna services provided by Dorset Saunas you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Health Status: You confirm that you do not have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by sauna use, including but not limited to heart conditions, respiratory issues, skin conditions, or pregnancy. If you are unsure about your health status, please consult a doctor before using the sauna.

 

2. Assumption of Risk: You understand that sauna use involves potential risks, including but not limited to dehydration, overheating, and fainting. You accept all risks associated with using the sauna.

 

3. Hydration: It is your responsibility to stay hydrated before, during, and after using the sauna. Dorset Saunas recommends drinking plenty of water.

 

4. Age Limit: Sauna use is only permitted for individuals over the age of 18, or those with express written permission from a guardian.

 

5. Jewellery and Personal Items: You are advised to remove all jewellery and personal items before entering the sauna to prevent damage or discomfort.

6. Alcohol, nudity, smoking or vaping are not permitted in the sauna.

 

7. Listen to Your Body: It is important to listen to your body during sauna use. If you begin to feel dizzy, light headed, or uncomfortable, exit the sauna slowly and safely.

 

8. Release of Liability: By signing this waiver, you release Dorset Saunas, its staff, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property arising from your use of the sauna.

 

9. Compliance with Staff Instructions: You agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Dorset Saunas staff to ensure your safety during sauna use.

 

By booking and attending, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.
