Set within the much-loved grounds of Upton Country Park in Poole, The Oak Sauna is the result of a collaboration between Dorset Saunas and the Oak Sauna team, creating a unique outdoor wellness experience for visitors. For generations, families have wandered the park’s woodland paths and open meadows, making it one of Dorset’s most cherished outdoor spaces for nature, play, and healthy activities.

Today, the park continues to be a place where people come to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors. Friends linger over tea and cake in the tearooms, solo explorers wander quietly, dog walkers and early morning runners move along the trails, all drawn to the calm and restorative energy of this special setting.
